Bring us the work that's slowing you down.

Every business has work that slows good people down. A task someone repeats all day. A stack of documents nobody has time to read. A report that takes a week to build. Tell us how it runs today, in your own words, and see what AI can do about it.

What AI can do

Three kinds of work AI takes on.

All three are running today.

Read and answer

Pulls facts out of documents, drawings, emails and files. Lets your people ask questions about their own data in plain language and see where every number came from.

Running today

Roof Pro at Superior Roofing reads architectural plans, finds the roof page and measures the roof. At Precon Manufacturing, the finance team asks questions about their cash forecast and tests scenarios on growth, collections and costs.

Write and decide

Drafts replies, quotes and reports from your own approved material. Sorts and prioritizes, and flags anything that needs a person.

Running today

At Canada Rail Vacations, every guest inquiry gets a draft reply waiting in Gmail, and anything the agent can't answer goes to a travel expert. At Superior, Roof Pro labels every roof line as a hip, gable, valley, ridge or eave.

Do the work

Runs the process itself, from your systems to the finished result. The work is done by the time your people get to it.

Running today

Precon's cash forecast rebuilds itself every night from the ERP. At Superior, the takeoff turns into a branded quote.

Got one like this?

How much it does on its own is up to you. Some of our work drafts and a person sends. Some of it acts.

Precon Manufacturing

They brought us: A cash forecast that showed the month but couldn't explain why March was tight, which customer was paying late or what happens if growth slows. Leaders and managers spent 50 to 100 hours a month building it by hand.

What we built: A forecast that rebuilds itself every night from Precon's ERP, and Gerard, a Claude analyst who answers questions about any line, transaction, customer or loan and runs scenarios.

Now: The forecast updates itself, and Precon's team questions it the way they would question a colleague. Precon chose to keep Gerard read-only, so he can't change a record.

“That’s the whole idea, you’ve got to rethink how technology is going to work within your company. So I’d rather never have to use Power BI again.”

Scott Cunningham, President, Precon Manufacturing

How it works

What happens when you bring us a problem.

  1. 01

    You describe it.

A few sentences is enough. What the job is, who does it today and what it touches.

  2. 02

    We prove the concept.

Does AI fit, what would it take on, how much should it do on its own, and what number should move.

  3. 03

    Users test and accept.

We test and document every build, and your users try it on real work.

  4. 04

    Agents go live.

Always inside your environment, with security and guardrails.

Bring us a problem

Why bring it to us

Built by people who have run companies.

We start with how the work gets done

Our president, Ryan Hopf, has led operating companies for about two decades, from founding a logistics business to running national operations at MasTec Canada. Any idea moves forward through people, so we start with the people who do the work and how it runs today, then prove where AI fits.

Built on Claude, inside your environment

Everything we build runs on Claude, behind your sign-in and inside your own systems. Roof Pro runs in Superior's AWS environment. Gerard sits behind single sign-on and MFA.

You own what we build

When the project is done, it's yours to run. Superior owns the roofing AI its estimators trained. CRV's team runs and expands its own knowledge base.

FAQ

Common Questions.

What counts as a use case? Do I need a clear one?+

No. Most start as a complaint. A task that takes too long, a report nobody trusts, an inbox that never empties. Explain it the way you would to a new hire.

Can it take actions in our systems, or does it only advise?+

Both. Precon kept its analyst read-only. At Canada Rail Vacations the agent drafts every reply and a person sends it. Superior's estimators approve every quote. Other jobs can act on their own within limits set for that job.

Will it replace people on my team?+

Some steps go away completely, like rebuilding Precon's forecast by hand every month. Mostly it gives people their time back for the parts of the job that take judgment. Estimators run several estimates at once instead of measuring each one by hand, and travel agents review a draft instead of writing from scratch.

What does it cost, and how long does it take?+

Claude Team or Enterprise deployments start at $5,000 CAD. Custom agents start at $25,000 CAD. We aim to finish each project in under three months.

Where does our data live?+

In your systems, behind your sign-in. Roof Pro runs in Superior's AWS environment. Gerard sits behind single sign-on and MFA, with a role check on every request. On our side, client data is only available to the people whose job needs it.

What if AI isn't the right answer?+

Not every problem needs AI. Some need cleaner data or a different process first. We find that out when we prove the concept, before anything goes live.

Who owns it when it's done?+

You do. Your team runs it. If you would rather we keep it running, we stay on as your operating partner.
