Shared Responsibility for Success

The 51/49 Partnership
Digital transformation is a true partnership. When broken down, the responsibility looks like this:

Bison & Bird provides the technology (33%) and solution strategy (18%)

You provide the workflows (27%) and change management (22%)

This near-equal balance highlights the importance of alignment and collaboration between our teams. While we provide the tools, the roadmap, and the expertise, your organization leads the change from within.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about the project management lifecycle
How do I prepare my team for transformation?
We often find that businesses underestimate the effort required on their end to prepare for change. To succeed, leadership must foster a culture ready to adapt.

Transformation requires:

Clear Sponsorship from Leadership: Change starts at the top. Leadership must champion the vision and drive alignment across the organization.

Empowered Teams: Employees need the right training, tools, and time to transition effectively.

Open Communication Channels: Transparent and continuous communication reduces uncertainty and builds trust.
Why can't I just buy the technology and move on?
Successful digital transformation isn’t just about deploying cutting-edge technology—it’s about ensuring your people are ready to embrace it. At Bison & Bird, we follow the 70/30 Rule, which illustrates that desirability (human capacity) plays a much larger role in determining success than the technology itself.
How long does a typical project take?
Whether the project scope is small or large we always aim to breakdown clear deliverables to within 3 months. Below is a sample structure of a 12 week project.
12 week gantt chart showing the steps involved in executing a project.
What if I want to make changes to the scope after we start?
As part of our project management lifecycle, there are several spots in the schedule to make changes. We have change built into the project plan in such a way that we try to avoid having to go back and rework foundational items. However, sometimes change is inevitable, so we provide each client with a Change Order Request process which can be viewed at terms.teambisonandbird.com
Is there an easy way to determine if our business is ready for AI?
Yes, try this self-assessment as a quick and easy starting point.

Self-Assessment Questions:
Are operational bottlenecks slowing down your delivery or customer satisfaction?
Do employees spend excessive time on repetitive tasks?
Do you have data that isn’t driving decisions or providing customer insights?
Are you looking to scale operations or enter new markets within the next 12 months?
